Return Policy – World Drummers

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns

The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return, unless defective

How to Request a Return

Email our support team at support@worlddrummers.eu with your order number and reason for return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we’ll provide

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

In case of damaged or incorrect items – we’ll cover the return shipping or offer a replacement
