We proudly ship worldwide.

We currently ship orders within Europe using Speedy – our trusted delivery partner. For destinations outside of Europe, we offer international shipping via FedEx and UPS.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Information

Within Europe: Shipping is handled by Speedy.
Outside Europe: Shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: Typically 3–7 business days
Outside Europe: Estimated 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, courier delays, or logistical issues.

For shipments consisting of multiple packages, deliveries may arrive separately and not as a single consolidated shipment. This depends on the courier and logistics handling.

Important Delivery Guidelines

The recipient must be available to receive the shipment and sign for it upon delivery.
We strongly advise not to authorize the courier to leave the package unattended (e.g., outside the property), as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen shipments in such cases.

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

Do not open the package.
Take clear photos of the external damage.

 and attach the photos.

Failure to follow these steps may affect our ability to process claims with the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
Free shipping promotions may be available during special campaigns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival, depending on local regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
