WORLD DRUMMERS – Return & Withdrawal Policy (EU Compliant)

  1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) takes physical possession of the goods.

  1. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers are entitled to inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted under EU law.

However, any handling beyond what is necessary for basic inspection may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Full Refund Conditions:

  • The product is completely unused
  • No stick marks, scratches, mounting marks, or signs of use
  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact
  • The product is in a condition suitable for resale as new

Partial Refund (Value Deduction):

  • The product shows signs of handling beyond basic inspection
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Minor cosmetic marks

The refund will be reduced based on the loss of resale value.

No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • The product has been used, played, mounted, connected, or tested in real conditions
  • Electronic cymbals or pads show stick marks, fingerprints, or usage signs
  • Items are incomplete, damaged, or missing components
  • The product cannot be resold as new or as B-stock

Due to the nature of electronic drum equipment, any product that has been used or installed is considered to have immediate value depreciation and is therefore non-returnable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Consumables and wear parts (mesh heads, drum heads, sticks, cables, beaters, cleaners)
  • Items returned without prior communication and approval
  • Items with removed hygiene seals
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds apply to the product price only
  • Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

  1. Return Shipping

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.

WORLD DRUMMERS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

  1. Bundles

If only part of a bundle is returned, the remaining items will be recalculated at their standard individual retail price.

  1. Important Notice

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

All return requests are subject to inspection and final approval by WORLD DRUMMERS.
