5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

In some cases, orders may be shipped directly from our factory in China instead of our warehouse in Bulgaria. This may affect delivery times, customs procedures, and additional charges.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details:
👉 The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are limited to the purchase amount only. No additional compensation will be provided.
