Shipping Information
We currently ship orders primarily within Europe using Speedy – our trusted delivery partner.
For destinations outside of Europe, we offer international shipping via FedEx and UPS.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Information
Within Europe: Shipping is handled by Speedy.
Outside Europe: Shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: Typically 3–7 business days
Outside Europe: Estimated 3–8 business days
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, courier performance, or logistical issues.
In some cases, depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped directly from our factory in China instead of our warehouse in Bulgaria. This may affect delivery times and import procedures depending on the destination country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
Free shipping promotions may be available during special campaigns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival, depending on local regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Please double-check that your shipping details are correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
