WORLD DRUMMERS – Return & Withdrawal Policy (EU Compliant)
1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer (or a person selected by the customer) takes possession of the goods.

2. Condition of Returned Goods
Customers may inspect the product at home to determine its nature and characteristics, as permitted by EU law.
However, any use that goes beyond basic inspection and leads to loss of value will reduce or eliminate the refund.
Full Refund Is Possible Only If:
The product is unused
No stick marks, scratches, mounting marks, or signs of playing
Original packaging, accessories and documentation are intact
The product can be resold as new
Partial Refund (Value Deduction) If:
The product shows minimal signs of handling beyond the basic inspection (e.g. minor marks or opened packaging).
The deduction amount depends on the reduction of resale value.
No Refund If:
The product has been played, mounted, plugged in, or used in real conditions
Electronic cymbals or pads show stick marks or touch marks
Components or packaging are missing
The product cannot be resold as new or B-stock
Because electronic drum equipment depreciates immediately when used, played or mounted items cannot be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products
Wear parts (mesh heads, drum heads, sticks, cables, beaters, cleaners)
Items returned without prior communication
Items involving hygiene risks where seals were removed
4. Refunds
When we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
**Refund applies to the product price only.
Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.**
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Bundles
If only part of a bundle is returned, the remaining items will be re-priced at standard individual retail value.
