4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if applicable.

We also reserve the right to investigate and dispute any chargebacks or fraudulent claims.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using Speedy, FedEx, UPS, and other trusted delivery service providers.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, chosen carrier, and service level. While most orders are delivered within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, courier performance, or logistical issues.

In some cases, depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped directly from our factory in China instead of our warehouse in Bulgaria. This may affect delivery times and import procedures depending on the destination country. Customers will be informed if their order is shipped from an alternative location.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival, depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
