Dual-Zone Acoustic Drum Trigger – Adjustable Cone
Couldn't load pickup availability
Turn any acoustic drum into a responsive electronic pad in minutes.
Our dual-zone trigger mounts securely to your shell and features an adjustable foam cone so you can fine-tune sensitivity - or raise it so the mesh head doesn’t touch at all.
Whether you want precise head hits, reliable rim shots, or silent practice without false triggers, this unit gives you full control.
Why drummers love it
True dual-zone: Separate head and rim for full performance dynamics.
Adjustable cone height: Dial in contact with the mesh head - or lift it so it never touches.
Fast, solid mounting: Compact bracket
Clean wiring: Twisted-pair lead minimizes noise and preserves signal integrity.
Module-friendly: Works with most major e-drum brains (Roland-style piezo/switch*, Alesis, 2Box, etc.).
Road-ready build: Rigid posts and plate for stable triggering and long life.
*Tip/Ring/Sleeve wiring convention; see module settings below.
Ideal for
Acoustic-to-electronic (A2E) conversions
Hybrid kits on stage
Quiet practice with mesh heads
Adding reliable rim-shot detection
Quick setup
Mount the bracket inside the shell.
Set the cone height to taste (contact or non-contact).
Connect to your module (TRS).
Calibrate sensitivity/threshold/scan time in your brain.
Compatibility
Drums: Snare, toms, floor toms (8" - 16").
Heads: Best with mesh; works with tightly tuned single-ply film.
Modules: Most units using piezo (head) + switch (rim). For piezo+piezo rims, use appropriate Y-cable or module setting.
Tech specs
Zones: 2 (Head: Piezo | Rim: Switch)
Connection: 1× ¼" TRS
